Usually, orders arrive within 3-4 days after we receive your payment. Unfortunately, we can't make guarantees as we're bound to third party delivery services. If, however, you're having problems with the delivery, you can always contact us and we'll do anything we can to help you!

We sell vintage, second-hand clothing and accessories. All products offered on the site are pre-owned, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The condition of the clothing varies per item. For every piece we sell, we provide an indicative assessment of the condition by putting it in one of following categories: Significant signs of wear and tear Decent Good Very good Like new Please be aware that most pre-owned items will show, to some degree, signs of wear or fading due to age. Nevertheless, anything visible such as stains or small holes will be shown as clearly as possible in the images of the product. Sizing is not an easy topic when it comes to vintage clothing: the sizing of different brands from different era's can differ significantly. To help you as much as possible, we provide The size on the label Our recommended size Pit-to-pit and length measurements Our size recommendation is only indicative. The best way to make sure the garment fits you nicely, is to compare the pit-to-pit and length measurements with a similar garment of yours of which you like the fit.

Yes you can! Hepius Vintage allows you to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. The full amount of the order, including the initial shipping costs will be repaid upon us receiving the returned goods. The shipping costs of returning the goods will not be covered by Hepius Vintage. In case you want to return your order, we are sorry that the product you received did not live up to your expectations. Please send an e-mail to info@hepiusvintage.com to get further instructions on how to return your order.
